Ten Common Daily Faults and Troubleshooting Methods of PRINTER

 1. Grid-like Ink Breakage During Printing

The grating is dirty. Use a cotton swab dipped in clean water to wipe the upper and lower gratings. Wipe several times to clean them thoroughly, then dry the water with a dry cotton swab.

2. Unrecognizable Ink Cartridge The decryption card is loose and needs to be reinserted properly, or the decryption card is damaged.

3. Printing Misalignment :

     1. The belt is stuck when rubbing against the pulley; adjust the pulley.

     2. The servo motor is damaged; replace the servo motor.

     3. The copper ring is dirty; clean or replace the copper ring.

 4. No Ink Output from the Nozzle :

1.The carriage board is overheated; turn off the machine to let it rest.

     2. The contact belt is damaged; replace the contact belt.

     3. The nozzle is clogged; pump and clean the nozzle.

     4. The ink tube interface is clogged; pull it out and reinsert it several times.

     5. Nozzle interference of the printer: swap the nozzle positions, and use a tissue to               pad between the nozzle and the contact belt to check which nozzle is causing                   interference, then replace that nozzle.

      6. If all four nozzles have no ink output simultaneously, and there is still no ink                      output after eliminating nozzle interference, the carriage board is damaged and                needs to be replaced.

5. Paper Not Detected:

      1. The paper detector is dirty; wipe it with a cotton swab dipped in clean water.

      2. The paper detector is not installed properly; reinstall it.

      3. The paper detector is damaged; replace the paper detector.

      4. The carriage board is damaged; replace the carriage board.

6. Printing Edges Slanting to One Side :

      1. The servo motor is damaged; replace the servo motor.

      2. The grating sensor is dirty; wipe it with a cotton swab dipped in clean water. If the            grating sensor is damaged, replace it.

 7. Carriage Hits the Left Frame When Turning On the Machine :

       1. The grating sensor is dirty; clean it thoroughly.

       2. The grating sensor is damaged; replace the grating sensor.

       3. The data cable is not inserted properly; reinsert it several times.

8. Frequent Paper Detection:

        1. The paper feed sensor is dirty; clean it.

        2. The paper feed sensor is not properly inserted or has poor contact with the main               board.

        3. The paper feed sensor is damaged; replace the paper feed sensor.

 9. Nozzle Dripping Ink During Printing:

        1. Air in the nozzle is not completely pumped out; pump it several more times.

        2. The ink tube interface is not properly fitted; reinsert it correctly or replace the                    interface.

        3. The printer nozzle is leaking; find the leak point and seal it with glue.

10. Blurred Printing Image

         Electrostatic interference.
