- Use 3 galvanized angle steels (or φ32mm² round steels) larger than 4040mm and drive them into the ground to a depth of no less than 2 meters, with a spacing of no less than 1 meter between each. Then firmly weld these 3 pieces together with galvanized flat steel (50mm5mm), and drill a φ8mm hole at the end.
- The distance between the grounding body and the building shall not be less than 2 meters.
- Use an insulated copper wire larger than φ6mm² as the lead wire. One end is fixed to the grounding body with an M8 screw, and the other end is connected to the equipment grounding lead.
II. Humidity control
In winter, heating or air conditioning is usually turned on indoors, which tends to increase the dryness of the room. The optimal working environment humidity for digital printing machines is 35%-65%. At this time, it is recommended that users turn on the humidifier simultaneously when using the air conditioner to increase air humidity.
III. Control printing speed
For different printing materials, a faster printing speed is not necessarily better. The faster the printing speed, the higher the probability of static electricity generation in the digital printing machine. Therefore, when printing, people should choose a suitable printing mode to prevent excessive static electricity.
